Court Appearance Options Traffic Branch Courts
The following temporary procedures will apply to all MORNING cases assigned to the TRAFFIC Division (Elgin Branch Court, Kane Branch Court, Aurora Branch Court): 1. As of June 1, 2021, all appearances by attorneys and litigants at the Aurora Branch Court (ABC), Kane Branch Court (KBC) and Elgin Branch Court (EBC) shall be In Person (abiding by all social distancing guidelines) from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and Remote via Zoom from 10:30am
