Criminal Scheduling
Criminal Scheduling must
be done by mail or by filing a Motion and a Notice of Motion with the
court date in person. To obtain scheduling information, call our office at
630-232-3413. If filing paperwork at our office located at 540 S. Randall Rd., St. Charles, Il, the clerk will inform you of which days agencies hear cases, and at which locations and times. The date will be scheduled by the clerk when you file a Motion and Notice of Motion. Allow 5 days prior to court date for you to serve paperwork.
