Cash - in person only -
do not mail
Money Orders, Cashier Checks
and Bank Drafts
Checks - A fee of $25
applies to any payment returned by the bank for any reason. Checks must have
pre-printed name on them, as a minimum. No starter or temporary checks
accepted.
Credit Card - VISA,
MasterCard, Discover, and Debit Card. A convenience fee of 2.75%
(minimum $1 fee) applies to all credit card payments. (The convenience fee is charged by the credit card service provider and not the Courts or the Circuit Clerk and is subject to change.)
Payment Drop Box- For your convenience and after hours the Circuit Clerk offers a payment drop box. Please include your case number on any payment dropped in the box. Cash payments should NOT be placed in the drop box. Please come into the office to make any CASH payment. The box is located in front of the Circuit Clerk's Office South Entrance.
