If Traffic fines were paid to the Circuit Clerk:

Prior to April 1, 2026 – contact Waubonsee Driver School at 630-892-3675 for class information

After April 1, 2026 – contact SafeRoads Kane County at 630-524-4403 for class information

Acceptance

When you apply for Supervision Traffic School and get accepted, you will receive an email (or a mailing in the absence of an email address) from SafeRoads Driver Program for you to set up an account to register and pay for a class.  If you haven't received a class date after 30 days, contact SafeRoads Driver Program at 630-524-4403. ​

Unable to attend assigned class time

If you are unable to attend the class you were assigned to, call the SafeRoads Kane County Driver Program immediately at 630-524-4403. You may reschedule your class one (1) time at no charge if you contact them at least 48 hours in advance of your assigned class date. If you are late, miss your class or reschedule a second time, a $35.00 fee will be assessed that is payable to SafeRoads Kane County Driver Program. Court Supervision lasts for 120 days. ​

Non-Acceptance

If found ineligible for the school, you will receive a notice to appear before the judge. The payment will be put on the case as bond and applied to any court assessments that you have after your court appearance. ​
